Tha Carter IV said to be pushed back from May 16 to June 21st. The reason for the push back is Wayne adding his final touches to the anticipated album of 2011. The album cover was leaked as soon as Young Money approved it. The cover is Wayne in kindergarden with tattoos and piercings.
